All cancellation requests should be sent via e mail or via fax as shown in the contact us link at the bottom of the page.
- Cancellation Up to 7 days before the check-in date will cost 15USD (banking fee + administration fees)
- Cancellation in the time between 7 days before your check in till your check-in date itself will cost 1 night of the hotel's room rate.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here.
- During peak season/ convention/ festival whole period may be charged and you will be noticed upon confirmation.
- No show / Early check out
- Penalty charge is applied regarding the cancellation policy.
- Amendment any amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower. (Credit card refund fees).
